This is a Department Head position responsible for the oversight and direction of Information and Computer Technology (IT) functions for all of City Government. The position is responsible for all information technology enterprise wide including maintenance, security, integrity, support, upgrades, long range planning and problem resolution of the City's hardware and software assets. This position works closely with Leadership to review Information Technology needs, projects and programs. The position works closely with each department supporting their technology, telephone cellular, VOIP, and social media directives. This position involves performing a variety of complex, technical, and administrative duties requiring thorough knowledge of network computer operations, and telephony throughout the City Buildings and vehicles. This position also is responsible for enterprise wide coordination of budgeting and budget management. Must possess Associates or Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience, skills, and abilities relevant to the position description. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possession of, or ability to obtain and maintain a Wisconsin Motor Vehicle Operator's License. This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $59,675.20-$78,728 and a competitive benefits package.
