Job Description:

Algoma Medical Center and Long Term Care unit seeks an energetic and dynamic leader for 42-bed municipally owned facility. This part to full time position is responsible for residents, staff, and the facility resources while complying with local, state and federal guidelines. Leader must demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills and possess talent in increasing or maintaining census, and developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the delivery of quality of care and services, and achieving business development goals. This Medicare certified facility, staffed by many long-term employees, provides the full range of skilled nursing services and leases space to additional entities.  Algoma Medical Center and LTCU is governed by a Board of Directors.
